are made of PES plastic which is of anti-corrosion and can bear the pressure of
1.72MPa as well as the high temperature of140℃. The electrode is made of Ti or
graphite. Insertion mounting and flow through mounting are selectable.

使用维护
.4973电导池维护量极小,只有当沉渣累积在电导池中,影响电导池的工作性能时,则需对电导池进行清洗。
.清洗一般采用无机酸,不仅快速、高效,并且十分充分;另一种方法采用高压水流冲掉附着的杂质,再用自来水和蒸馏水彻底清洗。
.电导池外壳由聚苯醚材料制成,所以禁止用丙酮、氯仿、甲苯或氯烃等试剂清洗。
.当测量值小于0.5 a s/cm电导率时,取样化验的值与在线表不具可比性,建议采用取样杯从在线表出口取样溢流进行实时测量比较,这样可以大大降低空气对水质的误差影响。
.Application and
Maintenance
.4973 series conductivity
cells require minimal maintenance. Only when the waster accumulated on the
cells affecting work performance, the cleaning is required.
.Generally, nonorganic acid
is used when cleaning, which is efficient and fast in response. High pressure
water stream can be used to wash out the deposit after which tap water or
distilled water is applied to make a final clean.
.For the conductivity cell is made of phenylene oxide, none of
acetone, chloroform toluene or chlorohydrocarbon can be used as cleanser.
.When conductivity is no
more than 0.5 N s/cm, real time measurement is much more reliable for it can
lower the influence of air on water quality
